Our method
In Douala, the bad surprise rarely comes on the day of the visit. It comes later: when the paperwork does not follow, when the markers do not match what was shown, when a third party turns up saying the plot is theirs. We work the other way round: we go and see, we check, and you pay nothing before.
The journey
01The area, the budget, and above all the use. Living there now, building in five years or reselling: it is not the same plot.
02We put forward the plots that genuinely fit, with their exact position, their access and what is being built around them.
03You go on site with an agent. You see the boundaries, the track, the water, the power and the neighbours.
04Documents checked, deed prepared, and the same contact reachable until the file is closed.

of the plots we offer visited with an agent

Land is verified before the payment, not after. It is the only rule that actually protects a buyer.

The plot is visited as it stands, muddy track included if the track is muddy. What is hidden today is paid for at resale.

The hardest part of property in Douala is finding someone after the sale. We still answer while the file moves.

A good plot is not simply a cheap plot. It is the one that will be worth more once the road arrives.
Where we work
Land around Douala moves fast, which is what makes it a good investment. Our office is in Akwa; our agents go to the plots, wherever your search takes us.
Find usFrequent questions
No. You describe your search, we suggest plots, and you visit with an agent. The first exchange commits you to nothing.
What you want to do, the use, the budget, the area and the timing. You then receive the plots that match, not a whole catalogue.
